Website purpose

The website provides general information about European vehicle servicing and lets you contact our Campbelltown workshop. It does not diagnose a vehicle remotely or make a booking by itself. Availability, the services suitable for your vehicle and the final scope of work are confirmed directly with you.

Quotes, approvals and repairs

Information sent through this site is a request for a quote, not acceptance of a binding price or work order. We discuss the proposed work, parts, price and timing with you before a job is authorised. A diagnosis may reveal additional work; any revised work and costs should be discussed and authorised before proceeding. Any separate written service agreement or quote provided for your job takes precedence for that job.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this website excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us if you have an issue with a service so we can assess it.

Guides and service descriptions are general information and may not suit every vehicle or fault. Vehicle specifications and manufacturer schedules can change. Brand names belong to their respective owners; references to marques do not imply manufacturer authorisation or affiliation. Google Maps and WhatsApp are third-party services with their own terms.
